MECHATRONICS SYSTEMS designs, manufactures and markets components and systems used in automation processes. Our products include servo motors, spring loaded electric brakes, brushless tachometers, servo amplifier, variable speed drives (VSD) and turnkey systems. We specialize in small lot production and quick turn around. All our products are made in the USA.

We are well known as a manufacturer of replacements of motors and drive electronics to support older machinery. Working closely with Repair Services, Mechatronics Systems helps OEM and end user factories to address sustaining engineering and obsolescence problems. By supplying fit form and function substitute parts, we help OEMs to avoid costly retrofits and ultimately save money for end users of the machine.

Our product utilizes state of the art technology, resulting in small size, high performance and reliability. Our manufacturing processes are designed to be efficient at small lot production, and provide special features at low cost with fast delivery.

Our Engineering Services group provides custom design solutions. An example would be a high volume machine builder who wants a component or a system without any bells and whistles they do not need. Besides the cost of an off the shelf system, an OEM might want to develop an innovative product that offers a competitive advantage. Another example is a factory where an expensive machine is down because a critical component is no longer available. One unit or 10,000 require different approaches but challenges remain.
