MX8000 series DC motor
High performance DC motor for variable speed and servo applications
M8000 is a new addition to "Overkill" family of the high performance DC motors. Originally developed for Military vehicle applications running high speed 28-100 volt hydraulic pumps, the motor features very compact size, high power density, with high starting and continuous torque. M8000 utilizes High Energy permanent Magnets and thus is lighter in weight and much more efficient than a traditional series/shunt wound motor. Simple and reliable, the motor often used with DC Power supply such as battery. M8000 is easily transformed into high performance servomotor by adding a feedback device.
